To Whom It May Concern: Our son was married on October 11, 2003 in Springfield. He and his bride chose Ed Clark to be their photographer.The photographs are a beautiful reminder of a cherished day in our families' lives. We couldn't be more pleased with the coloration of the photos, particularly of the Claret Red dresses. The choice of poses was exactly what we wanted and more. I especially love the candid picture of our two youngest flower girls outside the church.A photographer is very visible at a wedding. I have been to weddings where photographers are bossy while staging poses and somewhat ill tempered with guests trying to take pictures as they are working.The most impressive part of Ed's work is his unassuming manner. He is present and gets the pictures he needs but remains hardly noticeable. He was patient and cordial with everyone all evening, even our demanding videographer. When he needed to pose the bridal party for group photos after the wedding he was polite and extremely efficient. We had a large wedding party (20) and I thought he orchestrated the poses quickly and flawlessly.In dealing with buying the prints from Ed we, again, were pleased. The orders were perfect except for one, which was short 2 duplicate photos.This was corrected immediately. Ed then gave us a free courtesy 5X7.Also, the wedding photos will be available to us to order in the future if needed. Ed was easily accessible.There were two telephone numbers to reach him and if you could not talk to him in person you could leave a message.When I left a message he always returned my call promptly. Our family highly recommends Ed Clark Photography. We trusted him with a momentous occasion in our lives and were awed by his artistic talent, professionalism, and respectful manner.
