Ed is a member of the Certified Professional Photographers of America, the Better Business Bureau of Central Illinois, and The Greater Springfield Chamber of Commerce.
Ed has introduced numerous technologies to the Central Illinois Area. He was the first in the area to introduce computer-generated wedding album design, watercolor portrait images and digital portrait artwork. Additionally, clients can view and order the images from their session online. More recently, Ed has introduced Virtual Backgrounds. This technology allows us to place any image as the background to your portrait. With this, we can show off our creativity with more unique portraits. Also, since background changes are made with the push of a button, there is time for more pose changes. Also, Ed Clark Photography can handle photograph restoration or retouching.
Outdoor Portraits: These casual, relaxed portraits are taken with nature's perfect background. Clark Park is located just outside the studio door and offers beautiful trees and flowering plants, a fountain, gazebo, beach area, stone wall, fences, and luscious grass.
Studio Portraits: Rain or shine outside, the setting is always ready for your portraits in the studio. With our virtual background system we can place any scenery as the background to your portraits depending on the style you are looking for. These portraits can be done with casual or formal attire and with more traditional posing.
